After two years, finally, 4,000 Talent Acquisition professionals gathered once again to reunite the industry in an atmosphere like no other.
With 10 unique stages and over 100 expert thought-leaders, the day was packed with inspirational content for all minds to wonder and learn from each other.

We thank the speakers who committed their time and energy to make RecFest a content paradise and giving something to every attendee to tuck into.

With unique activities covering the park, alongside festival food & bars, a long night of celebrations began with comedians and DJ’s. We bonded with our team, with our colleagues and with our industry. With everyone flooding to dance to Reggie Yates’ DJ set on the #ExcellenceInTA stage. Rocking out to NOASIS on the Inspire Stage. A special thanks to Join Talent for presenting RecFest’s headliner… Judge Jules, to close out the show in true style.

Keeping with the theme of vibrant festivals, RecFest 2022 was set in the iconic Knebworth Park, renowned worldwide for its rock gigs which have hosted the likes of Queen, Oasis and The Rolling Stones. We saw Knebworth as the perfect venue for our industry’s own hard-working rock stars to gather for a day of discovery and fun in the sun.
