RecFest USA is on the 15th – 16th of October 2025, at the Fair Park, The Fairgrounds, Nashville.

All tickets make you eligible to attend both days. There is different content on both days so you will experience something new and exciting.

Simply bring your badge with you for quick entry to the second.

Day 1:
Site open 8.30am – 6pm
Content 9.30am – 5.45pm

Day 2:
Site open 8.30am – 4pm
Content 9.30am – 3.45pm

RecFest is hosted outdoors at a park location, with a combination of flat grass surfaces and paved walkways. We aim to make the event as inclusive and comfortable as possible for all attendees.

No, there is no parking onsite. However, there are multiple parking lots located close to the venue charging between $10-$25 per day

We have limited storage available on site, this is on a first come first served basis. Please only bring essential items to the event.

As RecFest takes place in a park setting, we suggest choosing footwear that is both comfortable and practical for outdoor environments. Dress in layers so you can adjust to changes in weather and remember, your comfort is key to a great festival experience.

• Full Driving Licence or Provisional Licence
• A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
• A Ministry of Defence identity card

Food will be available just a short walk away from RecFest USA Main Site.

We will have multiple bars at RecFest serving drinks, including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and water.

There will also be water-bottle filling stations across the venue as well, so we recommend you bring your own water bottle to reduce plastic waste.

We are committed to doing our best to accommodate all of our attendees and will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we prioritise the safety and security of all our attendees. Security will be present at entry and will perform random bag checks.
