App Competition - Win lunch for your team!

Heading to #RecFestUK? Make it even more memorable by treating your team to lunch – on us!

We’re giving one lucky attendee the chance to enjoy a delicious lunch with nine of their colleagues during RecFest. It’s the perfect way to fuel up, catch up, and make the most of the day together!

To Enter:

• Access the official RecFest App before Wednesday 8th July 2025.

• Update and complete their profile within the app.

• Book at least two meetings with exhibitors through the app.

Successful completion of all three steps automatically enters the participant into the prize draw.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to registered attendees of RecFest who access the official RecFest App, complete their profile in full, and book at least two meetings with exhibitors before the stated deadline. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. The Prize
One winner will receive lunch vouchers for themselves and their team (up to 10 people in total, including the winner).
Each voucher is worth £15 and can be redeemed at designated food vendors within RecFest on the day of the event.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash alternative.
Vouchers can only be used on-site during the event and cannot be used outside RecFest or after the event date.
Vouchers are to be collected by the winner at RecFest at the Info Point.

3. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition deadline.
The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in their RecFest App profile by 10am Wednesday 9th July.
If the winner does not respond by 4pm the same day, The Recruitment Events Co. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4. Prize Fulfilment
Vouchers will be distributed physically on the day of RecFest – to be collected from the Info Point.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their team members are aware of the prize and redeem the vouchers during the event.

5. General
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Recruitment Events Co. reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
By entering, you consent to your name (and potentially your team name) being shared in winner announcements on event platforms and social media.
