What is RecFest Ignite
Setting the stage on fire with new voices
RecFest Ignite is our platform to showcase new voices in TA. It offers a unique opportunity for first-time speakers to share their insights and experiences at one of the largest and most dynamic gatherings of TA and HR professionals.
Selected stages will have 2 x 15-minute slots specifically for speakers who have never spoken at a RecFest before.
Eligibility
- Must be a first-time speaker at RecFest
- Currently employed as an in-house TA/HR professional
- Most importantly, you must have a unique story or perspective that adds value to the TA/HR community
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for dynamic individuals who want to captivate and inspire within a condensed timeframe. If you believe in the power of conveying impactful ideas succinctly, you’re the kind of visionary we’re looking for.
10 minutes may not seem like a long time, but there are many great examples of people utilising this time effectively to ‘ignite’ inspiration!
Additionally, we will especially be looking for enthusiastic candidates committed to extending their influence beyond the stage, building an online presence and a speaking career beyond RecFest. If you’re passionate about making an impact and want to engage actively with a broader audience, we want you!
