We’ve opened registration earlier than ever for RecFest UK 2027. And during this first wave, tickets are free for eligible in-house Talent Acquisition professionals.
Why? We want more of the community to have the opportunity to be there. More time to get it in the diary, more time to plan with colleagues and no ticket budget deciding who gets a place.
We’ll be back at Knebworth Park on 8 July 2027. How many of your team will be joining us?
Get it in the diary and see who’s coming
In-house TA professionals can each apply for their own free ticket. Share the registration link with colleagues and peers, including the person who’s never experienced RecFest.
Make plans to meet up, compare sessions and catch up with people you don’t see often enough. There’ll be plenty of new faces to get to know, too.
Out of the conference hall, into the field
Fresh air, a festival atmosphere and a relaxed setting make it easier to talk openly. When you’re comfortable, conversations go further. You ask the extra question, share what’s actually happening in your team and hear how someone else is dealing with the same challenge.
Face to face, away from the usual screens, you get to know each other properly.
Alongside those conversations are practical sessions led by people doing the work and talent technology you can explore first-hand. With colleagues there too, you can follow different interests, swap notes and take more ideas back to work.
And yes, you can have a brilliant day while you’re learning.
Spreading the word internally? We’ve done the writing for you
We know you might be putting together an internal newsletter, posting in your team channel or emailing colleagues about RecFest. Here’s some copy you can lift straight into your own comms.
Who’s joining us at RecFest UK 2027?
RecFest UK returns to Knebworth Park on 8 July 2027, and tickets are currently free for eligible in-house Talent Acquisition professionals.
It’s a day of practical sessions, talent technology and face-to-face conversations with the wider TA community, all in a relaxed outdoor festival setting.
How many of us will be heading to the field? Each person can apply for their own ticket, so get registered and let colleagues know you’re coming. It’s a great chance to meet up, learn together and make new connections.
The first registration wave closes on Friday 11 December 2026.
