You’ve got your ticket, explored the lineup and you’re getting ready for two unforgettable days in the heart of Nashville.
Now it’s time for the practical stuff!
From where to park and what to bring, to planning your agenda, scheduling meetings and finding the mechanical bull, here’s everything you need to know before joining us at RecFest USA.

Dates: September 23 and 24, 2026
Location: Fair Park, The Fairgrounds, Nashville, TN
Venue address: 300 Craighead Street, Nashville, TN 37211
Day One: Gates open at 8:30 AM and the event finishes at 6:00 PM
Day Two: Gates open at 8:30 AM and the event finishes at 3:00 PM
Your RecFest ticket gives you access to both days. Keep your badge safe after Day One and bring it back for quick entry on Day Two.
🚗 Getting to RecFest USA
Fair Park is located less than two miles south of downtown Nashville.
If you’re traveling by Uber or Lyft, Fair Park Dog Park is the best drop-off and pickup location.

🅿️ Free Delegate Parking
Parking is free for RecFest USA delegates, with three nearby options:
- Lot 7: 330 Craighead Street
- Lot 9: 2226 Bransford Avenue
- Lot 8: Located within Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway
To reach Lot 8, enter Fair Park from Craighead Street, continue straight and turn right into the Speedway.
Please allow plenty of time to park, walk to the entrance and check in. Arriving early also gives you time to grab a coffee, explore the field and soak up the opening energy before the content begins.

Our top tip is to start planning before you arrive. Choose your must-see sessions, schedule your meetings and leave plenty of room for spontaneous conversations and discoveries across the field.

👟 What to Wear
RecFest is an outdoor festival, so comfortable footwear is essential.
Expect to cover plenty of ground as you move between stages, exhibitor activations, meeting spaces, food vendors and everything else happening across the field.
Casual dress is absolutely encouraged. Think relaxed, comfortable and ready to enjoy the full festival experience.
And if you’re planning to take on the mechanical bull, choose an outfit that’s ready for the challenge! 🤠
We also recommend checking the Nashville weather forecast before you travel and dressing in layers. Sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat and a light rain jacket are all worth considering.
🎒 What to Bring
You don’t need to carry everything you own around the field. A few essentials will help you enjoy a brilliant day:
- Your phone with the RecFest app ready
- Your ticket barcode
- Your ID
- A portable phone charger
- A reusable water bottle
- Comfortable footwear
- Sunscreen, sunglasses or a hat
- A light waterproof jacket
- A notebook and pen
- Your good vibes and music-loving soul
A cloakroom will be available on-site. Check the festival map to find its location when you arrive.
Security will be present at the entrance and random bag checks may take place, so please allow a little extra time when checking in.
For everyone’s safety, glass, bottled gases, explosives, fireworks, firearms and animals are not permitted inside the event.
🌮 Food, Drinks and Water
Come ready to explore a great selection of food vendors, grab a drink with your new connections and refuel between sessions.
Food vendors and bars will be available throughout the event, serving a range of food, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and water.
Free water refill stations will also be available, so bring a reusable bottle and stay hydrated throughout the day.

Across two days, you’ll find 80+ speakers, four stages, immersive exhibitor activations and plenty of opportunities to connect with the TA community.
Choose the sessions most relevant to you, build in time to explore the latest technology and schedule meetings with exhibitors through the app.
If you’re attending with colleagues, try dividing the agenda between you. Explore different stages, gather your favorite insights and meet up later to compare notes.
And remember, some of the best RecFest moments happen between the planned sessions. Leave room for new connections, unexpected ideas and a little Nashville fun.
